I will be renovating two bathroom (4.5' x 9' x 7.5' and 6' x 4.5'x 7.5' ) of mine . the cheapest quotation i received for workmanship is RM6400 .

works include :
1. hacking exiting tiles , wc,basin ...
2. titling workmanship for floor and wall
3. installation of wc, basin , water heater and other accessories
4. water proofing 6"
5. change of old piping.
6. disposal of rubbish .

7. installation of 1 unit of 10mm glass shower screen additional cost rm850.

i will buy the titles , wc , basin and other accessories

Sounds almost same as my quotation as mine includes supply of 1x2 tiles.

What is changing of old piping? Is this the internal pipes after hacking?
