Of course Lenovo lah. Buy ASUS...you will cry if your lappy got problem...ASUS is legendary with sucky service. When buy laptop, only 3 brands...DELL, LENOVO, HP.

DELL quality is so-so, but best service. Lenovo has great build quality (best lappy keyboard in the market...DNA from IBM thinkpad) and great services ( i was online with their support at 10:30pm and they reply and fix my issue the next day).

Asus laptops are actually the most reliable, along with that of Toshiba's, so they're not really all that bad. Mine hasn't had any issues in the 3 years I've had it so I can't comment on the service though. It's still chugging along playing Skyrim, Dead Island and Starcraft II. But if I were going for a new gaming laptop, I'd go with Lenovo since they've got the best specs for their prices, and that's pretty much what matters most in gaming.

The SquareTrade reliability survey saying Asus and Toshiba are the most reliable was done ages ago, its not applicable to what we have now anymore unfortunately sad.gif

And most of the recent surveys are done by asking people one-by-one, which is a useless statistics if you ask me laugh.gif
Would be nice if we have another statistics from SquareTrade

Looks like you have not encounter with Acer service center yet. Asus service center in Malaysia so far so good for me as it only provide standard service.

Now most of the brand start to have on site service. Asus commerical desktops have on site service also.

However, recently i heard their new product still need some improvement.

What to do? A lot of people i see is "good price = good product".

Product quality is a factor that is always overlooked if the item does not break down easily. For normal user, it is sufficient for the quality part if it don't break down easily.

Multimedia laptop is YES for mac. Apple has the best LionOS in order to do any multimedia things even the laptop specs is not so high end like windows. The optimization in Apple OS is too good in a sense of 3ds eg autocad or others multimedia software.

But if u end up with gaming, Mac is not the best since the specs is not quite good for gaming. Even u take macbook pro (rm6k) the specs is likely rm32++ of other brands(laptops)

Note that bro smile.gif

lenovo same spec as mac book ?

hmmm , but apple generally use higher quality hardware , in those other hardware which is not stated in spec ....

while lenovo skim a bit to keep the price low i guess , like the network card and others. Doesn't impact much , it will be slow in some part , but not till the point of unbearable.

Haha actually all brand have a good and bad service center..not all perfect meh...even the dell also sometimes have a bad services, btw it depend on management of the service center..

For example if service center at kuala lumpur give the best services in the world in term of any brand maybe asus or lenovo, is it cannot be same to other state or place because they do not have the same people handle the sc..haha

Sorey I'm just give my opinion and I'm not bias to any brand hehe
