Hi,

I am recently bump into this hotels.com website for hotel booking, the rate show in the website is really cheap, but since there is a lot of scary scam comment out there, i would like to get advise and comment from all the buddies here, did you try this website for hotel booking before ?

how is the experience ?? good to bad or any problem ??

thanks in advance.

That's usually the least of your worries. Most people are worried that the website say free cancellation but charge in full and have hidden service charge if you cancel your booking.

Always call or email the hotel to double confirm your booking before you go for your holiday.

Hotels.com belongs to Expedia. So, yes. It is definitely a legit company and very reliable.

I have booked about 30 nights of stays with them and no problem at all. They even have 10% off coupon sometimes or you could enroll in their buy 10 get 1 free rewards program.
