Fan Cable To Molex? Light?, Which and How? Where?

My friend gave me a casing with 2 built in fans inside, as the fans were usually controlled by the veraboard, but since it was burnt and malfunctioned, the fans are not working each time the pc is started.
So, my friend as me to mod it, and AFAIK, the wires can be cut and put inside the female molex... But which hole and how do I do so? I'm newbie in this... Plz teach... Thanks.  Wat and where to get those led inside those modded fan?? How much for those?? *If I have posted in the wrong section, mods plz move it to a respective section.
