There are 3 main roles of customer support specialist, which are contract admin order admin and backlog admin.some is base in klcc, some in TTDI.Differ roles hv differ tasks, depand on ur luck to fall in which categories. Normally u will hv to stay back late or work at weekend during month end.
you will work under agency such as man power, adecco, or kelly Services. Dun worry, the paid is reasonable. |

is due to personal reason, IBM is a big company with lots of opportunites, u may learn lots of things there. are you going to join IBM ?
