no need to go to his house, if u have a case, just go to the police station and lodge a report. do what the other members do, print out all forum notes + bank-in receipts and prepare a written report in bahasa malaysia or english.

u can file it at any police station convenient to yr locality and u must go in person. u just copy yr prepared report onto their Borang Pol 55 and pay RM2 for a certified copy from the polis station.

for extra effort, after making the report, do a duplicate of all the documents and send one copy to :

Jabatan Siasatan Jenayah Komersil
Polis DiRaja Malaysia
Ibu Pejabat Polis Bukit Aman
50560 Kuala Lumpur

for extra "perdas", u can also send a copy of the documents to the bank, the college he's in and all the local press media as well

dun matter whether the address is valid or not, no issue for the polis, easy for them to track with just the name and the ic no. alone

no point talking to parent, when the polis come, the parent will be doing alot of talking on their own, automatically

u may get yr money back or u may not, no issue what ,,,,, if u dun get yr money back, u are justly rewarded in getting the polis on his tail for life and u learned an important lesson in dealing strictly on COD

personally dealed with him b4 cod
didn't have much trouble since it was a fast deal thru COD(overnight deal, next day cod).

i bought a 9200se from him for my p3. regarding on the address he told me he was staying around nilai to seremban. COD was done on KTM.

he did mention he was dealing another cod for a mobo. personal comment eh. normal fellow lor. now the item i bought still oke. but what can i say. just lucky i guess. and shock too.
