Hardly matters here anyway as even the audio signal is very low (typically under 2VRMS) and well below 50V peak level (of course not surpassing the voltage of the power supply). The bias voltage held at these capacitors is about half the voltage of the supply rails which is pretty low (again, much lower than 50V)...
