QUOTE(raynman @ Jun 15 2008, 07:28 PM) Black was also my first choice, but no more 2007 stock, so I took the sterling grey. sterling grey is a great colour.. i think sterling grey and the orange is the two best colours...I was also offered a further 3-year extended warranty by P&O at an extra 287. oh wait.. scrap that.. i think WHITE savvy is the BEST colour.. seriously.. white looks great on savvy.. |

QUOTE(lj0000 @ Jun 18 2008, 12:25 AM) drive shaft rusted = call proton! wow.. sounds like 2007 models got lotsa issues..what would be the checklist when collect savvy, besides the normals? normals- all accessory are in, spare tayar, jack, antenna etc. abnormals: 1. check the alignment of the bonet. saw some senget ones 2. absolutely no cracks in the windscreen 3. check undercarriage no rust point 4. open the wheelcap (logo) and see rust point there 5. look at doors edges for rustpoints (esp those 2007 stock) 6. alarm is working, and reset-able 7. check the production date! open the bonet, on left side, stamped in white. 8. check for strange m-oil viscocity (2007 problem- become jelly) 9. request for new battery if 2007. 10. look for any water sepage in cabin, again 2007 car problem. lucky not gettin the 2007 model.. btw, besides the slight problems for 2007 models, are there any other differences with the 2007 and 2008 models???
