I ordered something from eBay. But the seller gives me two choice - ship with or without box.

With Box is Euro 42 and Without Box is 20.

You guys will go for debox or still go for box?

Well box will be useful when one day u decided to sell it. Without box the value of the set will not hold up

I am a box-hugger and I'm a cheapskater My Hoth Rebel Base I was expecting good condition, came in like went through Vietnam war + Iraq war... If I ship with box, the content and the shipment is the same price already

What I mean is when one day u decided to part with the set, and if all pieces are not missing, with the box u have better chance finding buyers who is willing to pay a higher price for it.

Good question. If a set that is impossible to find, I terpaksa get it without box, if there are plenty around, I would get it with box

As long the content (bricks/manual) are intact & still in good condition...i don't mind the box why no good offer for 10179

u can sell it late as used set even without box..there are people who buy used without box one

I think if you're going to build it, I would suggest getting it without box. Some of mine all came without box, but of course all those set are normal sets lar. Not too sure if my MF is going to come with or without box though....will need to check.

Actually got box also dunno where to put it at home, all stacking up and people nagging at home.

Debox somewhat is not new to me but so far those that I bought debox mostly is vintage set / set that with box that I can't recognize is it a box / a recycle paper.

I have 80% of guarantee I will build it. quite low huh?

I am experiencing space issue already recently. Too many MISB with TIP TOP CONDITION BOX with thick clingwrap + those anti air-moisture stuff... + thirsty hippo.

Maybe I will consider without box then.
