1. try shifting gears WITHOUT pressing the clutch. listen as your aichi kikai grinds in pain

2. brand new doesnt mean it will be well balanced =.=" shop can fail at balancing too =.=!!!!

1. The sound is kind of two gear wheel scrolling together, suddenly 1 gear wheel jammed, another 1 keep scrolling thus friction among the their teeth.

2. front left bearing broken previously, changed to new one. What is disc brake warp? Suspension kaput is one of my main concern as previously always drive it to construction site.

Front disc very unlikely to warp unless you keep spraying cold water onto your disc brakes RIGHT after you drive with the brakes hot.
