One question friends. I just received a sample bottle of Aurora from Monkeyvapes and it smells heavily of lime and citrus. I'm scared that if I put it in the macrolon tank that came with the Russian 91, it will crack as I have heard of this happening with some juices.
Is it true that juices with heavy lime or citrus concentration will crack the polycarbonate tank? |

QUOTE(vccy118 @ Sep 26 2013, 12:19 PM) So far lime and lemon didn't corrode my tank... instead the pineapple one totally killed the tank! Better try on a spare tank or smthing 1st. Okay, thanks for sharing. The producers of MV advised against using it in a poly tank so I guess I better stick to the SS tank and get a syringe to use for filling up then. |

Just wanted to ask, what type of cotton is good for wicking? I see those cottons used for facial cleaning marked as sterilized so I assume that it's okay for wicking, am I correct?

QUOTE(vccy118 @ Sep 28 2013, 09:51 PM) I am still using the battery and charger lolz. I am an electrical engineer so I have all the tools to test the batteries and chargers. I am pleased to say that they are safe to use The Efest and AW batteries are unprotected too? However the batteries are unprotected so you must know what you are doing. No shorting, no misfire, and no over-current. The chargers are standard... only difference is that it won't charge till as full and as fast as the expensive intelligent chargers. |

QUOTE(larilagilaju @ Sep 28 2013, 09:55 PM) I just start vaping 2 days a go and i love it. Mech mods are the batteries or PV as most call it and you can use your existing tanks on it. Only thing is that it does not have any electronic parts on it so it will deliver only whatever power left in your battery as it runs down. I suggest you read more before jumping on to mods as it is not for everybody. I buy Innokin SVD as my 1st kit. I'm thinking to buy mechanical mods after this but i'm confuse. Why mechanical mods don't have tank? I saw a guy just drop the e-liquid into his mouth piece mechanical mod. Is that the right way? What you have seen the guy using is a dripper tank or atomizer (or atty) which is rebuildable to low ohms for use with mech mods but not everyone likes using a dripper. Best you carry on with what you have for a few weeks then only decide what to get next. |

QUOTE(larilagilaju @ Sep 28 2013, 10:02 PM) So meaning that dripper tank can't hold many liquid as this itaste 30? I normally put in about 5-7 drops for about 8-10 vapes. Then I keep it away until I need it again. Nice thing it works well if you like to change flavors on the go like me. Just put a drop or two, smoke then drop again? What is the advantage of this dripper tank? |

QUOTE(kurangak @ Sep 29 2013, 01:14 PM) The best I've tried so far. Boldstripe, Supersnow and recently Aurora. Aurora is a blend of lime and icy mint which is just right (got one complimentary bottle from the makers, will be released officially on 1st October 2013) which I mix 1:1 with Supersnow. Really wonderful vape. |

Having a bad coiling day today. Recoiled my IGO-W three times today and kena hotspot three times after a while. Bloody hell... what the f$%k is happening to me today. I think the insulator at the bottom +ve pin being burnt has something to do with my bad coiling methods.

Past 2 days has been coiling hell for me. No matter what I do or how I recoil, I always kena hotspot on the IGO-W. Choke and gagged on first vape even though the coil was firing nicely before I primed the wick and put the cap back on.
Damn... I must be doing something wrong but for the heck of me, I can't seem to resolve it. |

QUOTE(arremie @ Oct 3 2013, 11:08 AM) Using more wraps with a 30 AWG on an IGO-W is not easy. The space between the poles are so small that parts of the coil touches the pole easily if not careful making the last wrap not firing. QUOTE(BestInTheWorld @ Oct 3 2013, 12:14 PM) try and recoil the wire on a drill bit first.. screw it to the pole and test fire.. then you might want to adjust your coil (make sure there's gap between the loops).. I wrap directly on kanthal and a paper clip. The problem as I said above is that sometimes the 2nd wrap might touch a pole making the last wrap not firing. I guess I should try your method. Can't have too big a coil diameter too as it will touch the cap making it a possibility to short. or you might want to torch the wire first before you do anything.. anyways, how did you recoil? mind telling us? As they said, practice makes perfect. |

QUOTE(AzureOfSky @ Oct 3 2013, 12:23 PM) In my personal opinion, i love the engraving of nemesis and the locking system. But few sellers told me that it has problem with misfire and out of all problem with mod, i really hate when my mod misfire. really spoil the joy of vaping. jm22 has been very wonderful for me. but remember to check the threading before you complete cod and insist of exchanging if the thread doesnt fit your tank. Can introduce this seller bro?on a side note, wtf. rm 35 to recoil ithaka? gila harga yahudi. the first time I find people to recoil my ithaka and learn to recoil it, the guy only charge me 5 ringgit. I gave him 10 since my tank got problem and he was trying to recoil my tank which has flooding issues for 3 hours. Even then, if you buy his flavour, which is delicious and nice throat hit btw, he can recoil for free. plus he;s the only seller i found so far that selling 5meter of NR wire for just rm 15. |
