I'm using an IGO-W with a single coil. My friends told me that dry burning might work. But it guzzles up battery right?

if ure using mech mods, its easier to dryburn unlike using mods with boards to control voltage/wattage. it will definitely drain ur battery. usually i dryburn my tanks when my battery is running low

u can also torch it to start burning the silica rope. once the rope is burning, stop torching and press the trigger to dryburn it faster. torch all the access carbons left on the wick and it will be white like a new wick

dry burning does removes the gunk on the coils when it glows red. torch the wick and let it burn off excess juice. then torch the whole wick again to regain it's 'whiteness' then fire your coils and let the coils glow red.

i'm using vgt. all i can say is Rm290 well spent. no regrets at all and it fires like a champ. tried side by side dv test with a poldiac with the same battery and atomizer. surprisingly, dv was close to no difference than my friend's poldiac. a week later he sold off his poldiac and got a vgt instead because he felt that my vgt outperformed his poldiac.

Okay, thanks for sharing. The producers of MV advised against using it in a poly tank so I guess I better stick to the SS tank and get a syringe to use for filling up then.

Also... feedback on using citric acid: it causes the coil to gunk up very fast! Now after I added citric acid to my recipe, I need to remove the wick and do a dry burn every other day... only takes like 5 minutes but still a lot more troublesome
