1. there's nothing funny about not being able to play brawl after going all the way to the KLs and plonking $190 for it.
2. obviously NOT ALL machines of those certain batches suffer from this. otherwise you'd hear a lot more uproar about this problem from wii owners worldwide. 3. now stop talking and go finish unlocking your brawl characters. *sobs* |

Since everyone's asking,
Wiikey prevents Brawl from running. Wiikey can be corrupted by bad firmware flashes to temporarily disable it so you can play brawl. Most imitation wiikeys cannot be firmware flashed. Apparently mine was an imitation wiikey. So i had the shop guy chuck it out for me. |
