This location is located next too gurney height. Land has been cleared anf barricaded. I saw some excavations done too. Located like literally less than 10mints drve to klcc. Near to damai lrt.but surrounding a bit of a turn off. Got warung2 and kedai runcit nearby. Heard will be priced at 500k onwards for 900+sf.
Went to see site today Behind felda or army camp. Depends where u come from Where is damai lrt Got many old bungalow nearby. Don't think any Kwai lo going to stay here View ok la if face city

Went to showroom bfr CNY. still have many units available but price all abt 600K++ and above. The bigger units 1300+sqft selling at rm877K Location very near city centre, just 3 lrt stations to KLCC.
Now no more DIBS more harder to purchase for mid-income group ppl.. DP need 60k+ and service loan interest for construction period.

just went to the showroom. my friend had book a unit. (additional 7% rebate due to bumiputera) Apparently the sales for the upper level & penthouse are bad.
How much was Type A when it was first launched? Now they are selling at RM875,800 for the smallest Type A 943sqft. After 10% discount it's still RM788k.
Location (according to Wikimapia) seems nearby an army camp and also near a lot of apartments. Doesn't appear like there's an access path to Damai LRT station (if anyone's familiar with the area please share your thoughts).
Anyone know what is the ownership profile of this project? More investors or own stay? Racial mix etc..

Most ownership profile are family working in kl city center and expat. 80% malay as surrounded by malay village. With the size and pricing so you can expect more for own stay in earlier owners list. BTW developer is in the midst of handling over keys now so it is already completed recently with CCC.

Good condo, well maintained, location debatable as some do not like the micro location but accessibility to KL city and short walk distance of 650m to LRT station is excellent. Layouts some are weird but these two I think best layouts in Chymes.
