Hi Knight_2008,Most ownership profile are family working in kl city center and expat.
80% malay as surrounded by malay village.
With the size and pricing so you can expect more for own stay in earlier owners list.
BTW developer is in the midst of handling over keys now so it is already completed recently with CCC.
