Parklane Oug 4000 units +++ Now transacted around 420k But last time bought around 300k
For me, personally felt if u bought at low price for that area, nothing much to worried Plus the facilities of KL traders square really good
Coz all new project along the Jalan gombak Not much can fight the price of KL traders square
