If divide still the same. All projects built beside each other. I prefer combined with few blocks. Look giants. Hahhaa sentul point, united points, majestic maxim, The Hurve and You city will be another giant buildings. Sad.. now many projects with high density . We have to accept that. Land cost is expensive and scarce so they build more units and high floor.

Congrats. Very fast progression. Last year when I ask ppl stating project completion in 2020. But now can be completed next year.

What charges should be enough to cover and chances to increase the maintenance fee is low. I have friend who bought you residences . The JMB has increased the management fee. Sad . Low density but not enough to cover the total common area costs. 
Maybe 1 day Malai developer force to build this. 40to 60 storey high rise.
