Start cooking my own meal 3 weeks back, try to eat clean, by not consuming oil and sugar (yeahhh on cutting diet)
but for malaysian we already blend in with all the malaysian food, ya la malaysian food semua sedap kan....hahahahah
try to cook variety meals per day and all taste the same
try at home, any recipe will do, Lunch, Breakfast, Dinner, Snacks
Below my own recipe (LUNCH)
Brown Rice - Steam
Brocolli - Steam
Salmon - Steam (Maxican Chili Powder + Garlic Powder + Salt for taste)
