Ermm...i am newbie here...and i just bought a Vox AD30VT amp in the middle of August...and yes, its from Ck music..
It wrote Rm1050 in CK music but they gave me a discount after i start haggling...and i was able to get it with just only Rm850...i think it is worth it...The amp have everything for me (as i am a newbie)...and the amp offers a real wide range of effects and noise..it is really worth it...
But i am having some problem in tweaking the amp...too wide combination you see...

erm....can u guys let me in some info on how to tweak some nice blues sound??
Im currently using the black 2x12 amp mode with some reverb..it's the closest i can get into the blues..Can the sifus here give some recomendation??

I just wanna ask all the sifus here....
Have anyone changed the 2 pin socket of the amps to 3 pin socket??
I did it and my amp stop hissing...especially when i use single coils...but i dun understand...Does it got to do with those grounding of the amp or something else???

I had changed the head of the cable from 2 pin socket to 3 pin socket before...It really helps a lot in reducing unwanted noise...But anyway, do u guys really think that changing the whole cable was neccesary?? Because im noob in those cables stuff...16A and 13A...i dun understand the differences..is it with more power the amp would go louder???

Now...did anyone mod the grill?? Cause seriously i myself think the pathfinder series cloth grills are sexy and would look better on the AD series amp...the ori one looks so "unvintage" LOL ...Would it cost a bomb to do that??

YEah...and i just bought a VOX AD30VT a week ago...its just Rm625...killer price compared to its normal retail Rm930...CK music's year end sale makes me regret not able to save enough "dough" to sapu some of its stuff

Actually i used to have another VOX AD30..Sold it not a while ago during times of desparation...LOL...Anyway i another one because the AC0TB set in high gain low volume sound has so much of that vintage uk tone...

Anyway, i had been crazy to fool around with cloth grill..found that it was too expensive (about Rm100++) to upgrade that and need to ship from USA somemore...I stumbled upon some cross stiching cloth when accompanying my gf to the shop and walla...



Hey i know its not so original like the Vox AC30...but for me its much better than the cold hard shiny grill...furthermore its only Rm5 ...and i do think brown colour cloth would be a better idea...

Erm...that aint thumtacks...that is the screws which were supposed the held the metal grill in place...Sorry le the pic is blur...shaky hands
