Y its better to get Suarez than Higuain:
1) Suarez is EPL proven striker while Higuain isnt.
2) Suarez is 24yo, he has lots of time to offer to club n lots of time to develop into another level, while Higuain is now 26 n lesser time left to offer to club.
3) Suarez is energetic n fast, while Higuain is slow n lazy, just depend on his finishing ability.
4) Suarez was last season 2nd best striker in term of goal scored, 23 goals while Higuain was 8th with 16 goals.
5) Suarez assist better last season, 8 assist in league compare to Higuain, 6.
6) Suarez is a fighter for the club, he dived for penalty to get goal for club, he is dedicated by showing no mercy towards opponents - he bite when needed. While Higuain, is abit lazy to to do those hardwork, he just relying on his finishing rate. He is no fighter, he dint dare to fight for his starting spot, he dint complain, he dint even dare to declare his desire to go out of RM nor request transfer. 
7) Suarez is worth at 40m if compare to Higuain at 40m. Seriously Higuain 40m tag is wayyyyyyyyy overrated!!!
8) Suarez can act superbly in commercial advertisement, while Higuain isnt.
9) Suarez is more handsome than Higuain! 
10) Suarez is better than Higuain!! nuff said. 

As clear as the light has shown, we need a world class footballer who must be both feared of and clinical. Suarez fits the bill. Higuain is still unproven in EPL. Suarez has the reputation to topple down EPL defenders, yes EPL defenders. He dazzles in dribble only Messi can rival with which is both as spectacular and causes opponent fear. Not to mention Suarez has a big winning mentality as shown in previous games (the bite and hand of god). This drives our team's poor mentality last season.

All cheers to Zelalem..but somhow if ant1 noticed, we r really short of defensive centreback right now. TV still in nursing his back problem n reported to miss few mths when d league start. Now Kos also hit by injury leaving us with only Per n makeshift CB, Sagna while our youngster eg. Miguel still far from making his way to EPL.
What happen if at start of season, Kos hit injury or miss game thru suspension n Per also being hit by injury? Sagna alone as experienced player (eventho he not natural CB) isnt enuff to assure our backline secure.
Really do hope so AW, after all (if true) that we had up bid to 30m/40m Suarez or Higuain 30m, just accept AV demand of 10m for Ashley Williams. 10m for experienced CB who had played more than two season in EPL is acceptable, plus we shld have accept that when its come to English nationality players the price is abit higher. But still at 10m i think its worth d money (unless the player himself ask insane wages)

Higuain - stalled, as Madrid asking for more money. He wants Arsenal move. We prefer Suarez and/or Rooney.
Fellaini - pre-agreement, offer on the table, can't agree on wages. Might end-up at United instead. Other options: Bender/Gundogan/Kondogbia/Gustavo
Cesar - pre-agreement, its all up to Wenger to decide, but must willing to take a pay-cut of his current wages.
Bernard - as Gervinho's replacement (maybe).
