Hello,

I've received multiple phone calls and SMSes from unknown private number asking me to pay my Unifi bills which actually already terminated 2 years ago. I'm sure that its fully paid when I terminated the account.

My concern is, this person recently harassed me through my whatsapp too.
He has screenshot of my details from TM, which includes my name, IC, phone , and I'm pretty sure address too.

How can TM passed all this information through third party and harassed me like this. Is this even legal? I dont mind to pay up the bills if its there, but I think this is breaching my personal data protection. They should contact me trough proper channel dont they? And its only about RM300, which I can pay directly, but my concern is bout my info being spread out just like that
