It is not a good idea to eat right before you go to bed as your metabolism will slow down when you sleep and this means that your body will store most of what you've ate as fat.

Bro-science alert......

TS - eat as per normal.

Skip your dinner, eat your dinner after workout as normal. Don't skimp on the quantities - so long as its healthy food (ie no junk food like french fries, pizza, soda, etc).

Rice, vegetables, meat. Water.

It won't make you fat, unless the portion is humongous.

False.

Just eat as per regular. U can eat your meals after you wake up just get your macros right and sufficient calories for the day. Doesn't matter when you have your meals.

After your workout your body is drained and since its before sleep, its crucial that you choose the food correctly. During your sleep you body will begin the repairs of the muscle fibre and breakdowns of the nutrients from the food you ingested before bed. I'd strongly recommend non-solid, soft foods, like bananas, porridge. milk and etc since you don't take supplements. But actually, in your case, i would recommend going for supplements since its designed to be easily ingested and absorbed. But hey, each to their own. The reason why you should not go for solid food is that it takes longer to break down and since you are sleeping with a stomach filled with food, you may wake up feeling bloated and high chances that most of the foods ingested are not entirely brokendown. There is an old saying of not to sleep with a full stomach with a reason. You may end up having a big belly and feeling bloated in the morning because of undigested solid foods because during sleep, food ingestion is slower then when you are awake because of breathing slows down and body relaxed with lower the heart rate that pumps the blood with the nutrients from the ingested food....
