Didn't know jalan ipoh/jalan kuching is south of bangsar.

Yup quite confusing, the location is so far

I think The Kuala Lumpur Digital City is relocated near Taman City(Jalan Kuching/Jalan Ipoh).

The properties there will grow and it's great to invest for 5 years from now since the location is really strategic (15 minutes to IKEA Damansara and 14 minutes to KL)

what they name it Digital City?  all security system  digitized  or automation?
*
There will be mixed development ie commercial, retail, entertainment, residential, and hospitality.

The development also focus on "to be Malaysia’s largest tech and digital hub as well as a 5G city. It will also be home to Southeast Asia’s largest world-class esports arena

This what they want to achieve which again it is realistic since main Kuala Lumpur no room to develop such a big well-planned city. And the distance to KLCC is around 14 minutes

The location is strategic 12 minutes to Month Kiara and around 15 minutes to IKEA/One Utama etc

This will be like a hot cake

Provided overhang is substantially reduced by the time this is launch.

empire city damansara attempted on esport and what's the outcome?

if metropolitan cities like nyc, london, tokyo, shanghai, beijing, etc don't run out of room for development, how kl will?
*
Empire City tends to be luxury properties more than E-Sport. E-sport is a jailbreak to free some of the debt, as we all know the hangover from Empire City

While Kuala Lumpur Digital City is well plan prepared as we can see the planning since 2013.

Now the project is started in 2020 and by the time the cooldown for properties is over and started to build up the momentum.

And you are right talked about room for development, one of the reasons why DBKL plan the project way out from the main KL city but interconnected each other to expand the KL development

It won't be 1-2 years this will be long term planning and we are lucky to know sooner about this project

It's a masterplan indeed. Similar to what Lake City is trying to achieve, but I think the location for this project is way better.

Yup so that less "stress" on main KL and expending with proper planning

Mix development here..all the commercial building..office...hotel etc build next to duke...serviced apartments build behind so less noise

This will be by stages, hope this project will flourish and the location really strategic
