Aiyo, benchmark against DPC again. The common park doesn't guarantee anything ....Alam in piano also got a nicely crafted lake but it's impact is not that much. Kota kemuning lake front not bad but not exclusive

In brochure ..they need to print out the approved price when they submit for approval. Actually selling price normally is lower.
At least they will start will the actual market price and if it is well received ...they will progressively increase the price ....so...it will still fall within the price they submitted for approval |
