Double frontage means either front or back of the unit also facing main road.. It's a good feature for shoplot coz can have more exposure..

For residential unit, it means no blockage and more fresh air (ideally) ....

Yeah, all count..

ES using red clay brick compare to TA using sand brick already a distinct difference that justify the price.

Yes, as a matter of fact, entry unit in P3 is at least 70% compare to P1..

This is because P3 are superlink, cluster, semiD and zero bungalow lot, P1 just DSL houses mah.. tongue.gif tongue.gif
