Don't be so happy, they locked down many so call "Ghost Units" at least 100 units to make it looked nice....If you see the units suddenly re open to sell and price adjusted, for sure with the reason "Those re open are REJECTED units..." One of the SA told me before, is not that much sold.... All is just a lie!

To be honest, while others developer (ES & Rimbayu) sell good...TA not allowed make their sales looked bad, you guys may ask them "which is Ghost units"... for sure they able tell you if you lucky enough to make their mouth be honest.
