I double confirmed with SA. He showed me the measurement of linear park. The dual frontage house will have the 20ft linear park including the one facing lake or clubhouse direction

maybe you all can ask SA to show u the linear park width through their ipad. inside got the measurement of the width of linear park for whole bayan residence.

From my personally observation, quite a number of bayan purchasers r currently staying in kota kemuning. some from usj and subang too and majority r buying for own stay.

it depends on which row u looking at. should be not much diff compare to launching price.

i think the maintenance count per ur land size not by sf.
