That days I go to Metropark, they are having 7%+3% discount. Only need to pay 5K during deposit.
Once VP, they are give out a cash rebate of around 30K.......

End up the 906 sf unit around 700K++ (after rebate)

For 1,300 sf unit, it costs you around 1.1M++ (after rebate)

That's mean you no need to pay down payment + get full loan (for those eligible).

MOT not so soon. Normally after construction complete (in 3 years time) + another 1~2 years later. That's mean you only need to pay MOT around 5 years later.

Progressive interest vary a lot. Depend on your loan amount and interest. Expected interest around 50K or less

Sooner or later, any landed would be consider premium product. Just compare KL and the rest of the Malaysia. Once more people move in / born, demand will keep increasing. Anyway, we don't know exactly when this will happen in here (e.g. Canal City).
