No,just cut it in half, extract the juices and apply regularly.I used it when I was younger and my back was full of acne and it's totally gone. But will take sometime though, doesn't work overnight.

QUOTE(Aydee @ Jun 26 2013, 11:26 AM) QUOTE(nia_bella @ Jun 26 2013, 11:31 AM) hi dear!just want to share with you based on my regime. i did suffer from acne since i was 12. night - drink anti-toxic drink based on aloe vera - dab on antibiotic medication on the effected (as i dont like to eat antibitic tablet as it may leave chemical traces inside our body) morning - consume vitamin-C for supplement (you can also drink some collagen drink which help improve your complexion) for the first 2 months, i have noticed that my pimples got worse (as all the toxin and waste forcing them self to come out) and slowly start to shrinking for the next consecutive months. now, my pimples are less noticeable and usually will come out during my menstrual period. from my observation, i would say i did suffer acne due to 'overburden' toxic waste inside my body. now im 23 and im glade i have found ways to cure my skin. maybe you can check what are the causes that trigger your acne to pop out. hope this will help cheers ! |

I would highly recommend Retinol (Vitamin A) for Acnes and Pimples. A lot of dermatologists are prescribing Retinol for treating acnes. Need to choose a good brand of Retinol as they are unstable and known to be irritating to the skin.
Do check out Medik8 Retinol 3TR for more information on an effective, stable and non-irritating Retinol product! |
