Is it when connected to wifi the cellular data will automatically disconnect? My 1gb quota on celcom just exceeded....but the phone data usage counter clocked 400+ mb of data...

Anyone here ever counter problem of data usage at s4 still not reached quota limit but the cellular provider said u have reached the max quota limit? I mean the data usage counter at s4 stated 200mb but the celcom said its already 1.1gb?
