BUY The Treez +/- RM600k year 2000, now sell >RM950k --> Profit RM300k

From Exsim intension we can see one thing, their strategy is very similar to SP Setia (Most development is in Penang lately), they let existing buyer make profits from previous project (even for own stay, the buyer still will feel they are gaining from the project). One of the reason is their design is very unique and hard to find in the market (no doubt price is a bit high but still reasonable). Therefore, demand is always there.
