I think the success would heavily rely on The Treez... the 100% sold out fast and furious. Their factory project in KD is nice!!!

Setia Sky looks cool from outside... but when go inside, the units are just normal and layout wise questionable. I think they provided common series of Electrolux?
The service corridor is incredibly narrow, but then again it is service only as they expect you to use your private lift. At the main entrance, the beam from ceiling make it look very low ceiling height. Setia is still selling Tower C - Celeste and do not know when to launch Tower D - Divina as construction need to fasten as connection bridge with C.
