I've been following this post since my 1st year of my degree. I gained a lot of info and knowledge reading your chit chat, it really helpful - helped me in my interview. I applied to this program back in July during a career fair at KLCC. I was invited to an interview about 1 month after that.
The interviewer was a malay(HR) and white guy(Technical). I was asked about heat exchanger, pump, material, yield and ultimate strength, and also those basic question 'tell me about your self'. Mostly were technical question. A week from that they called me again asking me to go for 2nd interview.

There were 3 people in the 2nd interview, 2 operation manager and the HR guy from the 1st interview. In the 2nd interview they asked me a lot on my internship.
Nothing technical. Just like a chit chat session.

And last Monday they called me again said that I got selected. This intake is the 1st batch. Yeap, this is the 1st time they conduct this trainee program.
