Need advice. What companies to look for and what path should I take to if I want to join as entry level? I have degree in electrical engineering majoring in power (so-so results only). Spent the last three years doing business development for an IT solutions company. Don't mind small players, just want to go back to basics.

Already 28, turning 29 soon. Or is it too late? Thanks
