Yup, there is a vision test during your medical. sad.gif

btw, red & green are very important colours out here. Best not to mix them up ever.

I'm in my final year now, and I just secured a job with Petrofac under their trainee program. Look forward to join this thread soon smile.gif

Well done FortNil, would you mind share your experience you gone through the Petrofac interview ?

Hi,

I applied to this program back in July during a career fair at KLCC. I was invited to an interview about 1 month after that.
The interviewer was a malay(HR) and white guy(Technical). I was asked about heat exchanger, pump, material, yield and ultimate strength, and also those basic question 'tell me about your self'. Mostly were technical question. A week from that they called me again asking me to go for 2nd interview.

There were 3 people in the 2nd interview, 2 operation manager and the HR guy from the 1st interview. In the 2nd interview they asked me a lot on my internship.
Nothing technical. Just like a chit chat session.

And last Monday they called me again said that I got selected. This intake is the 1st batch. Yeap, this is the 1st time they conduct this trainee program.
Hope this help smile.gif

Hei am from UNITEN too, graduated about a month ago.
50 applications isnt enough, I made 324 applications during my final semester. Secured a job before final exam started.
U should try harder.

Haha it depends. 324 applications really paid off in my case. Not to say that i didnt invest enough on my resume, its just that the experience attending a lot of interviews and going thru different kind of recruitment process can really boost confidence and boarden your option.

Really paid off.
