Question is: If my goal is reduction of bodyfat, then does it make sense to look at something like 160lbs as a goal weight? Do i shoot for a daily calorie deficient or for something beyond maintenance and train hard?
My current program is 3 days at the gym lifting 1 hour. I run/cycle for 40 mins on off days with sunday off.
