Development approval was only given in Jan 2015, contractually the VP date will be 54 months from this date, therefore VP will be in mid 2019. Due to the delay in executing the SPA , SDB has also compensated buyers.

VP has always been mid 2019, it's 54 months from the development approval.

As for the compensation, it was in a form of rebate if the SPA was signed within xx days, though I believe this is a standard of many projects.

Yup, this is SOVO, so it doesn't follow the standard schedule. Up to the developer, but this is SDB.

Well it's not July yet, right? Plus there's always LAD if they were to deliver late.

54 months from Approval Date would be in 21st July 2019. Last heard is that they have applied for the the Certificate of Fitness from the authorities before letters can be sent out. But it's looking good!
