This location is totally alien to me. I like the reputation of Tan Sri Liew and I think this is one of his maiden projects Klang Valley, he must make sure the quality and pricing is good. To get momentum going is very important for him. Unlike SP Setia, Ecoworld is yet to build a reputation for itself. So if the location is really ok, I will invest. Thus appreciate more comments on location plizzzzz. Thank you.

There is really nothing much we can do. Ecosky definitely cannot offer DIBS as their AP has not obtained thus officially this project has not launched yet. I believe Ecoworld will soon clarify and offer options to buyers. One of which is to give extra discount for not taking DIBS. Hope Ecoworld can offer us something feasible and attractive.

I believe all purchasers would hv received a generic letter from Ecoworld on DiBS earlier this week. They are making arrangement for purchasers to meet panel financiers to apply for loan win DIbS. They also mentioned that for purchasers who have gotten the letter of offer from the banks, a copy must be given to Eco world. Looks like the developer is washing their hands by saying, we will honour our words giving DIBS if purchasers manage to get loan with DIbS from panel bankers. If you cannot, sorry, it is not developer's fault. OR DIbS is still available for this project else what the hell they ask us to met bankers again? Any thoughts?
