Yeah for those who successfully grabbed the unit(s),is a good buy for me.

By the way I purposely drove to MS Lake Ville site to hv a look,wonder how MS will market this project after seeing EW so succeed in promoting its project.

Don't think so as the price is more than 700psf plus leasehold,unless MS changes its initial plan after seeing the successfulness of ES.

7% rebate sounds not so attractive anymore this project. Anyway I still think is BBB if your holding power is strong.
