As i predicted back in 2010 when the market started to heat up .....told my kakis 1000psf is the magic no at above average place in 5 yrs time( if the market is not heading for a crash)...for places like damansara, subang, kota damansara etc but no one believe...bear in mind 2010 psf price is around 450psf...
But in 2013... suddenly TG exploded and average psf is 1100-1250 psf

...brought forward my prediction by 2 years!!!!!
Now....is inadvitable that for so so place the average psf is going to hit 1000psf...
BUT pls pls dun believe what i said.... as i hate people always talking about sure making money in properties especially those idiotic agents!!!...and hope my prediction is wrong
