Am expecting a total of 10%.
Still need to fork out 2xK for the DP for 3% balance, then monthly of repayment for 4 Years construction is more than 40K. Not that great now! Might drop it off |

I honestly think 10% should be justifiable.
Anyway, everything comes together at the right time. Curb on DIBS and continuation of incinerator together with shitty discount. Things happen for a reason. |
