QUOTE(tengster @ Sep 22 2013, 09:24 AM) Tower c has more bigger units, with dual key and loft units. Premium tower where everything is upgraded compared to previous two towers.QUOTE(bigmamma @ Sep 22 2013, 09:26 AM) Tennis court and putting green is between TB and TC so you're facing south/TC |

Some improvements from SWP (commercial):
-all the lift lobbies are accessible from the verandah walkways (think SWP can't do that, once you go up you have to go through people's shop to go to the verandah) - extra space at verandah on upper floor to be leased out (alresco dining) |

The 650psf has always been indicative, developer did say the final price when signing s&p might be different.
Would the info be more believable if I say I have a unit in tower A? |

QUOTE(tengster @ Oct 1 2013, 07:05 AM) I am not trying to believe it neither do I try to justify it...but 700PSF.... I said 'might' because that's what I was told. Can disregard it for now until I got more confirmationYou gotta spill more marbles to make it more trustworthy otherwise in future, whatever came out from you will be treated as Alam Flora by-products... |

QUOTE(Calculator2013 @ Oct 4 2013, 07:32 AM) Tentatively they will launch Block C in 2months time from now. Layout wise I think more or less the same types as Block A or B, but price indicatively at RM750psqft. If interested, I think have to put some effort, maybe every weekend drop by sales gallery to ask info. I did that last time when I decided to go ahead with EcoSky. Good luck, bro/sis. Layouts are different. As mentioned earlier they're bigger units. Maybe a couple of same types, but majority new layouts. |

QUOTE(tengster @ Oct 4 2013, 03:21 PM) Do you like the layout from tower a and b? I would say tower C layouts would not disappoint. But depends on personal preference, would you like to have bigger bathrooms? Imagine having a bathroom that comes with bathtub? Heh. Personally I prefer more spacious bathroom, tower a and b is kinda small for me. But some people would rather sacrifice that space to have bigger bedroom or living. |

QUOTE(tengster @ Oct 5 2013, 12:12 AM) Distance is from centerline of the walls, if not remember wrongly. Dont forget the wall gets thicker as you progress down the tower, so the room width also smaller.. The show units are showing 150mm thick walls, reflecting units higher in the towerThe toilet is relatively small. Shower area is very near to WC where toilet paper holder is located, it will be damn amateurish not to provide shower screen as responsible developer. How much is a shower screen? Bulk purchase can get it like RM400? This should be installed at right before the 20 mm drop. |
