My camera seems to not focus well at all since the update. Anyone having this problem? Usually just one side of the pics has this problem.

I am having the same problem like you but I have sent my phone for warranty since this Tuesday.
HTC service centre told me that they will do camera replacement for me.
Seems like many htc one user having the same problems like me.

look like better to wait awhile before updating... let the issues all come out, and maybe patched up... hmnn...

Also don't like the fact that stock app has quite a few bloatwares now.

I did went to few digi centers and they said they never bring in black coloured HO. I end up buying it at sengheng coz I still wanted black HO. However, if u check at digi online store there's an option for black color HO. Maybe can only purchase it through online store???

Guys , i have some question with Root for Htc One.

Is it this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2183942 can root just with this tool? This tool is S-OFF or S-ON? since it asking for token id?

The flow for root is? Unlock > flash custom recovery > install SU zip > root > end? because i dont want to flash custom yet.

Thankss. laugh.gif icon_question.gif

Well already done with this root.

But still got 1 more question that is What is difference between S-OFF and S-ON, is it necessary for S-OFF? icon_question.gif

Edit : seem i get the answer for me.

S-OFF means that your bootloader is fully unlocked and allows you to write to more partition than you usually can. You would also be able to flash unsigned firmware. You don't need S-OFF for ROMs, kernels, recoveries and also not for radios.
