Guys , i have some question with Root for Htc One. Is it this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2183942 can root just with this tool? This tool is S-OFF or S-ON? since it asking for token id? The flow for root is? Unlock > flash custom recovery > install SU zip > root > end? because i dont want to flash custom yet. Thankss. Well already done with this root. But still got 1 more question that is What is difference between S-OFF and S-ON, is it necessary for S-OFF? Edit : seem i get the answer for me. S-OFF means that your bootloader is fully unlocked and allows you to write to more partition than you usually can. You would also be able to flash unsigned firmware. You don't need S-OFF for ROMs, kernels, recoveries and also not for radios. This post has been edited by davidbilly87: Jul 14 2013, 07:13 PM
