not planning to buy until google play sales...i remember i saw some....i think near christmas...

most probably is game, FF3/FF4 is nice and i didnt root the phone so titanium backup no use...

Important part is to redeem only, purchasing app does not require VPN. Just tested.

that's right, however, u can only revert to your original country after the credit is fully spent. else u gotta "stay" in US for quite some time

Just put united state will do for getting the code. For redeem, just change your address in google wallet, you no need to gooogle search for address, at the address field, i just put 100 then it auto come out a list for me to choose, and Just select any from there will do

Don't need to add any credit card if you don't have. You won't need it either. Just setup google account using US vpn, then u should be able to redeem

Gmail or Google wallet ? Can do it on comp since more varities of vpn?

Will there be any option to redeem or they can detect the devices? Sorry cause I don't really get it.

sorry, let me get it clearer. to have google wallet account, u must have a google account. the country of the account must be US because this redeem code is specifically for US only. therefore, theoretically no one outside from US should be able to use it. in order to use it, u need US vpn, so that's where u need to do all those steps in order to get to redeem.

ok, simple:

to redeem the free credit: register your phone via http://us.htc.com/googleplay/

Wait for 2-3 week until you get the email with the code


As you havent register the google wallet, here is what I did:

1) go into google play, login ur gmail or ur acc that you register under ur phone
2) click redeem at bottom middle of the page...use PC better
3) you will brought to google wallet page
4) select US country n payment method later
5) find a US postcode(any also can) and activate/register
6) connect the US VPN (http://www.getusvpn.com/ as provided by @coldfission)
7) then close the google sites
8) open the play store website again and click on redeem at the bottom of the page again
9) put in the code and volla
10) you can buy without VPN, disconnect it
