- At rumored* height of 682m including spire, it will be one of the tallest office building in the world. However, depending on its completion, several cities including neighboring Jakarta are building as tall as Warisan or taller. In comparison, Petronas Twin Towers are 452m in total height.

Imagine Park Hyatt and Donald Trump come to KL to have landmarks....

to tap the growing super-rich population... but

ermm dono where the super rich tenants, stayers and tourists are coming from?


(we need some super-rich from China, Indonesia, India, Taiwan and Iran... and maybe Kazakhstan!)

World class retailers will converge here too. (and another cluster behind at Tun Razak Exchange/TRX - connected by a middle cluster believed to be future Pudu Jail redevelopment)

Do you guys think this part of KL will be revisited in terms of booming?


Many many plots are having plans now. Most banks in the old part of KL are gonna refurbish starting with UOB Pudu. Then we have River of Life, Petronas Dayabumi redevelopment and revival of Plaza Rakyat... and a special tunnel walkway that goes like this:
