When will.yhe mall be ready?
By the second quarter of 2024? Or even later???
Got Petaling street vibe to support this mall????


Can reference the nearby lalapot mall biz and make your verdict...

Only tourist like this petaling street. Not sure what to do there.
118 maybe do better then lalaport because below a superscrapper. Lalaport shouldn't have built a mall. Just small retail arcade will do.

How else would they have sold BBCC at those prices without the mall? In an ideal world, this unfortunate piece of land should have been used for good causes and affordable housing. But capitalism wins.

Understand lalaport condo has decent rental demand from expats working in different parts of KLCC.

Waiting for this merdeka residences to launch but they won't launch until the anchor tenants is announced.
