By the second quarter of 2024? Or even later???
Got Petaling street vibe to support this mall????
Can reference the nearby lalapot mall biz and make your verdict...

In an ideal world, this unfortunate piece of land should have been used for good causes and affordable housing. But capitalism wins. |

Understand lalaport condo has decent rental demand from expats working in different parts of KLCC. Waiting for this merdeka residences to launch but they won't launch until the anchor tenants is announced. |
