I bought my iPhone last week and there seems to be problem with the 3G connection. I called the service centre and they asked me to bring the phone for the technicians to check and if it's really the phone's problem, they will do 1 to 1 replacement but it will take about 5-7 working days and I have to surrender my existing iPhone to them. I don't have any spare phone to use and now this happens, so frustrating.

Problem with the 3G is that when the signal is lost for maybe few minutes, it will not reappear again. Only solution is to restart the phone. Not even airplane mode helps. Hopefully it's just a software problem and ios7 fixes it.

Tried using another simcard?

None, I don't really have friends using IP 5 around me, so yeah, no usable nano sim

This should be a software problem, IIRC. And not only iPhone but certain phone models face it too.

Any idea how to fix it? It's already updated to 6.1.4 which is the latest rclxub.gif

Let me guess. You take ride an elevator at least once every single day?

Yes, you're right and I frequent basement parking as well..LOL. When the signal is gone for a good few minutes, it won't ever return again and I have to restart. rclxub.gif
