For my case, I meet my SA in Penang on SAT, deposit 500 and got the receipt and he call the bank agent on the spot.
On Mon, after I fax my driving lesen and pay slip to SA, Bank call me at noon asking confirm.
On Tue, SA ask me to bank in down payment to Proton Edar Sdn Bhd.
Today he called me to post my JPJ receipt on plate number to him and he will post me receipt of down payment.

BTW, my agent don't have email

Damn, which agent you using? Mine deposit rm300 on sunday, monday send documents via email, till today no news from bank, i ask my SA, only give me reply just now. He said submit d, just need wait bank call. I also no idea what bank, and he didn't inform me the interest rate, i keep on asking is it 2.5%, he run away my topic.

ps: btw, you bought JPJ plate number? if i didnt buy, he will help me gao dim right? or i need to apply plate myself? minimum requirement to choose plate is how much?

if u around sogo area ... got maju junction JPJ .. no ppl there geh .. very fast.
photostat your own IC .. 1 copy ..
then go to the counter ask for form to buy car plate number..
fill up the form ..
look for the running number currently ..
write down the possible number you want..
when its your turn .. juz walk to the counter .. and give the officer the number you want
he will check which one available .
confirm which one u want and do the payment on the spot .. RM210

Do I need to wait loan approve first or I can go jpj get it without hassle? I thought buying the car inclusive if plate registration? If I do so, can cut out the 200 plate registration right?

You can buy the plate number with your ic copy only. I don't want to use Penang number so i had to buy it, if follow penang random number is free

This also my first time to buy car

random registration is RM50 only if not mistaken
no need to wait loan approve (if u confident u can get the loan la)
else later u buy number valid for 3 months only

okie! Will go do it by tomorrow. Swt. Guess I was too rush to get the promo, don't even know what to do. Hope the bank call tomorrow, I can't wait for the new ride!
